Available to MCAI members and Industry Fund Contributors, the MCAI Training Vault website allows the MCAI staff, MCAI Members, Industry Fund Contributors and U.A. Locals 33 and 125 the unique ability to share worker training records via a central database. The database is accessible 24/7 from anywhere an internet connection is available. Safety training makes up a majority of the training records, but the system is also used to input, track and produce required documentation for Continuing Education (CEU) training classes associated with the Iowa Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Board.

First launched in 2010, the current version of the MCAI Training Vault website was released in May 2015.
