Cost

Attendee Registration: $75 per person (member/spouse/guest)

Exhibit Table: $100 per Company. This fee is separate and in addition to the attendee registration fee.

Please register below or fill out the attached registration form and return to us by Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

Hotel Accommodations

For those traveling and/or want to stay the night we have negotiated a special room rate for our group. Room Rates are $95.00 a night plus applicable taxes for either a King room or a Double Queen room for the night of February 21st. Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is at noon.

Reservation procedures: Please click here to make your reservation online or call the hotel directly at (319) 688-4000. Please identify yourself as a participant of our group MCAI Member Appreciation Event to receive the group rate. Reservations must be received by Friday, January 31, 2020. After that date, rooms will be honored on a space available basis at the prevailing room rate.
