Regardless of who you are, what you believe, your sexuality, or where you come from, everyone deserves trust and respect. Creating belonging environments starts with understanding that we’re all different. Bringing everyone together can build a phenomenal team at the office, on the jobsite, and in our daily lives.

MCAI and Leadership Surge have teamed up to create and distribute an engaging Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training program that is readily available for all MCAI members and their employees.

Please join us for a virtual kick-off session with Alex Willis, Founder and CEO of Leadership Surge. Leadership Surge is a growing force in corporate training and development with a particular focus in the construction and subcontracting trade industries.

Delivered on-demand anywhere and anytime via the MCAI’s Training Vault website and mobile app, the MCAI DEI Training Program will consist of an introduction video followed by five (5) video training modules with supporting toolbox talks.

Immediately following the virtual kick-off session on January 31^st, the entire program will be available in the Training Vault for all MCAI members and their employees.  The training can be utilized for employee development, new-hire training, and refresher training, and can be rolled out as assigned training that can be completed on an individual basis, or in an organized group training session where conversations can be facilitated by employers.  The program was developed with flexibility in mind so companies of all sizes will benefit from this resource.

In addition to the on-demand training in the Training Vault, Alex Willis will also be a featured keynote speaker at the 2024 MCAI Annual Meeting on June 17^th in Nashville, TN.
