• 6:00 p.m. – Social Hour
• 7:00 p.m. – Dinner
• 8:30 p.m. – Casino Night

Again this year, we will be accepting non-perishable food donations for the Food Bank of Iowa. A table for donations will be available at registration. The Food Bank will pick up donations after our event.

• Valet Parking (Fee included in registration)

Hotel information:

A block of hotel rooms have been reserved at the Embassy Suites Des Moines Downton for $135 a night. Our discounted room rate is available for reservations made on or before 5pm on November 1st. If you wish to make a reservation please click booking link MCA of Iowa.

Embassy Suites offers free shuttle service to The River Center as well as other downtown locations within a 2-mile radius. Room reservations include a made-to-order breakfast at the hotel.
