Registration Rates
All association sponsored meals, refreshments, and events, with the exception of hotel expenses are included in your registration fees.
Contractor Member: $850 Spouse/Guest: $550 Child (Ages 21+): $550 each Child (Ages 20 and under): $250 each
Associate/Affiliate Member: $1,000 Spouse/Guest: $750 Child (Ages 21+): $750 each Child (Ages 20 and under): $300 each
Hotel Accommodations
We are pleased to offer a variety of room options for this year’s Annual Meeting to accommodate different needs and group sizes:
Guest Room – King bed
One-Bedroom Suite – King bed with kitchenette or full kitchen
Two-Bedroom Suite – One king bed, one queen bed, full kitchen (limited availability)
Nightly Rate: $330.00++ (rate varies by room type)

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 21–15 days prior to the scheduled event will receive an 85% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made 14–8 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior to the scheduled event, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
