Please complete the registration form below indicating your hotel room preference and attendance at the various activities. The MCAI has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Nashville Downtown and will coordinate room reservations. Visit www.Hilton.com for more information about the hotel. Hotel expenses are an individual cost and are not included in the registration fee.

Early Bird Rate: Through March 31, 2024

  • Contractor Member: $750; Spouse/Guest: $450; $200 per child
  • Associate/Affiliate Member: $850; Spouse/Guest: $500; $250 per child

Regular Rate: After March 31, 2024

  • Contractor Member: $850; Spouse/Guest: $550; $200 per child
  • Associate/Affiliate Member: $950; Spouse/Guest: $600; $350 per child

Hotel Reservations will be made through MCAI. Please select room preference, arrival and departure dates, and note any special requests on the registration form. Space at the Hilton Nashville Downtown is at a premium. All room reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Room reservations received after Tuesday, May 14, 2024 cannot be guaranteed. After that date, rooms will be honored on a space available basis at the prevailing room rate.

  • Room rates are $319/night for single/double occupancy: King or Double (2 queen beds)
  • Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes
  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 Noon
  • Parking: Valet only $50/night

All association sponsored meals, refreshments, and events, with the exception of hotel expenses are included in your registration fees.
